Developed in collaboration with Wilder Balter Partners, the renovated plaza will provide a versatile public retail corridor, seating options, refreshed landscaping, and a café near L+M’s other New Rochelle project, Stella.

Marcus Garvey Extension Building F recently opened and includes 122 affordable housing units and 52 units reserved for formerly incarcerated individuals. Building F is one of three buildings as part of Marcus Garvey Extension development, and will include 348 apartments when complete.
The New Haven-based company will occupy 10,000SF of Class A laboratory and office space.
